To access our care services, simply request a referral from your GP or Primary Care Provider. They will guide you through the process and refer you to PhysioWakefield.

Who Can Be Referred to PhysioWakefield?

We offer a range of tailored services addressing the specific needs of our patients. You can be referred to PhysioWakefield for the following services if you meet the eligibility criteria.

Physical Health Services – Physiotherapy and Carpal Tunnel

NHS Wakefield patients: We accept referrals for patients aged 16 and over. For physiotherapy appointments, patients aged 16 to 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This includes the initial telephone consultation.

Referrals for Carpal Tunnel services are accepted for patients aged 18 and over only.
